1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CCPanel services provided by Dhaka IT Club Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

CCPanel is a web-based hosting control panel that allows users to manage web hosting environments including domains, email accounts, databases, files, SSL certificates, and other hosting-related services on VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud instances.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription Plans: CCPanel is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Charges are billed in advance on a monthly cycle.

Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase.

5. License & Usage

Subject to these Terms, CCPanel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own hosting management purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the CCPanel software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to any third party without authorization
• Use the software to build a competing product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Reseller License: Resellers may distribute CCPanel licenses to their clients under the terms of the Reseller Agreement and subject to applicable discount tiers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CCPanel to:

• Host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind
• Send unsolicited email (spam) or engage in phishing activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our licensing system
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

CCPanel and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dhaka IT Club Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using CCPanel. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host and serve your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CCPanel is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur while using CCPanel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhaka IT Club Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of CCPanel shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive or harmful use of the service
• At your request to close your account

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your data 90 days after termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
