How do I install CCPanel on my server?

Run curl -s https://get.ccpanel.net | bash as root on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 or AlmaLinux 8/9 server. Installation takes 5–10 minutes.

My domain is not resolving after adding it to CCPanel.

DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours. Make sure your domain's A record points to your server IP. Check propagation at dnschecker.org.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Can I use CCPanel with WHMCS or Blesta?

Yes. Download the free WHMCS or Blesta module from your dashboard under Reseller → Modules. Full installation guide is in the documentation.

I forgot my admin password. How do I reset it?

Run ccpanel reset-password admin via SSH on your server as root. A new temporary password will be shown.

How do I migrate from cPanel to CCPanel?

Use the built-in migration tool under Admin → Import. Enter your cPanel/WHM credentials or upload a cPanel backup file. All websites, emails, and databases are imported automatically.
