CCPanel v43.44.24

What's new: Jailshell bulk changes (needs Agent v2.42.2): tick accounts one by one or "select all", filter by Jailed / Normal / No SSH or search, then give the selection a Jailed shell, No SSH or a Normal shell in one go. A one-click "Jail all" fixes every account that still has a normal shell. Bulk changes run as a task with per-account progress under Tasks.
